Yoga In The Valley

During this 90 min sound and movement journey we will drop into a community circle with our cannabis gift from Valley Greens and our sponsor, Ayrloom!

We will move through a gentle yoga practice to release areas notorious for holding tension while being bathed in sound healing frequencies ending in an extended Savasana soundbath.
