What’s In The Box

Based in Westchester NY, ‘What’s In The Box’ brings the raw energy and authentic spirit of the 90s grunge and alternative scene to life. Formed in early October 2023, our five-piece ensemble is fueled by a shared passion for the defining sounds of the era. Frontman Pete Repole’s angelic vocals, combined with the dynamic guitar riffs of PJ Angarano and Shane Labriola, recreate the tones and melodies of legendary acts like Soundgarden, Alice In Chains and STP. The rhythm section, anchored by Gavin Reign on bass and Steve DeLitta on drums, adds depth, power and those rebellious beats to our heart shaped box. Each performance is a nostalgic journey through the gritty, emotive anthems that shaped a generation. We are What’s In The Box. A tribute to the raw, unapologetic spirit of 90s alternative music.
