Voicing the Chakras + Sound Bath

In this mini yet powerful workshop, guest artist/sound healer Larissa Velez-Jackson will guide you through a participatory meditation exploring the healing power of the sound of your own voice in correspondence to the ancient yogic technology of the chakras. Learn how to open these powerful portals in your body through vibration and sound. Session will end with an integrating, meditative Sound Bath including instrumentation of gongs, singing crystal bowls and chimes.
