Maple Sugaring Workshop

Head to the Sugar Shack in Depew Park and learn how maple syrup is made! Participants will learn the step-by-step process of how tree sap becomes maple syrup. Learn how and why sap flows, and how it can become a gallon of maple syrup. Participants will be encouraged to engage in this hands-on presentation. Please wear comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather and working outdoors.

Two Sessions Each Day:

Session I: 9:00 am—10:30 am
Session II: 11:00 am—12:30 pm

Eligibility: All ages (Children 10 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult)

Fee: $6.00/person ages 3 and up. Please call Recreation Office to register.
