Larry and Willa Bassen have been playing together their whole lives, delighting audiences with their unique brother/sister vocal blend.

Larry has performed in stadiums with Tommy James and the Shondells and was chosen as Hudson Valley Magazine’s Best Male Vocalist of 2023. Willa has worked with such luminaries as Harry Connick, Jr., Keith Richards and jazz great Herbie Mann. She wrote the title song for the original movie “Hairspray” as well as music and songs for the Olympics, ABC-TV sports and the AMC-TV show “Mad Men”.

Over their careers, they have performed at over 7,000 events in venues large and small, from Riverfront Stadium in Portland, Oregon to the Friar’s Club, the Plaza Hotel and Central Park in NYC.

Performing soft rock old and new by James Taylor, Ed Sheeran, Bonnie Raitt, John Mayer, Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones, The Eagles, The Beatles, Rachel Platten, Jackson Browne and many more, Bassen & Bassen deliver a memorable and unique musical experience.
